Justice Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, national organization founded January 20, 2009 by James Stevens to help individuals receive ethical and moral treatment from the legal and Judicial systems. Justice Inc. will advocate, educate and assist those unfamiliar with civil and criminal laws. Justice Inc. will conduct quarterly seminars in different cities focusing on both past and present legislation. Justice inc.'s goal is to educate the youth and young adults while preventing the hardships of navigating the criminal and civil judicial systems. Justice Inc. is also fueled by a great passion from Vice-Chairman Malik Ali who has also witnessed the injustices on a national level.
We intend to equip society with the knowledge and financing to be able to take on the big giants whether it be government or corporate giants. Justice Inc. seeks to remove all barriers of racial discrimination through the democratic processes. Justice Inc. is a grassroots national organization that will use 90% of all donations and proceeds to go into the legal defense fund in the way of financial assistance and services. Justice Inc. has a transparency policy for all donations that will be reported quarterly on the website.

James Stevens

C.E.O. and chairman of Justice Inc., James Stevens was born on November 15, 1957 in Wharton Texas, the third youngest of nine brothers and sisters. His father, James Stevens Sr. and mother, Rosey Bell Stevens raised him in a Christian home and instilled in him lasting values. “Always work as though ‘God is watching you’,” they used to tell him.

Malik Ali
Civil rights activist and Co-Chairman, born February 21,1967, in Brooklyn NY, and the only child in a broken home. Malik was a good student and produced good grades. At an early age Malik had a passion for helping others regardless of ethnicity. Malik attended college in Columbia, SC and sought a career in the restaurant industry where he remained for over 20 years. Malik decided to help form an organization to help others on a very large scale.
